Questions about the ebook, the Wick Garage, a calculator result that looks off, or anything else on the site all land in the same inbox, and a real person reads every message. This is an independent studio, not a support department, so here is how to get the fastest useful answer.
If you are reporting a calculator or data error, include the tool name, the inputs you used, and the result you expected; reader reports have directly improved these tools more than once, and they are genuinely appreciated. If it is a purchase problem, include the email address you used at checkout so the order can be found quickly. If it is a question about your own candle business, ask it plainly; short specific questions get better answers than long general ones.
Most messages get a reply within two business days. Purchase and delivery problems are prioritized and usually handled the same day. If you have not heard back within a week, something went wrong with email on one side or the other, so please send it again.
For press questions, supplier partnership ideas, or anything commercial, use the same inbox and put the topic in the subject line so it gets routed with the right attention.
