The Six Figure Wick ebook and other digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all sales on digital products are final. This page explains why, what that means in practice, and what we will always make right regardless.
A digital product cannot be given back. Once the ebook is downloaded, it is on your device permanently, and a refund would amount to keeping the product for free. Rather than pretend otherwise with a refund window we would have to police, we keep the price honest and modest, describe exactly what is inside on the product page before you buy, and let the free material on this site show you the quality of the work before you spend anything. If you are unsure whether the ebook is for you, read the blog and use the calculators first; they are the same thinking, free.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They handle payment, any applicable tax, and your receipt, which arrives by email along with your download. If you need an invoice or have a payment question, the receipt email includes the tools for that, and you can always contact us if you get stuck and we will help sort it out.
Ebook purchases include a credit toward enrollment in The Wick Garage when it opens, as described on the ebook page. The all-sales-final policy does not affect this credit; it remains attached to your purchase.
If something went wrong with your order, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. Genuine problems, like the delivery issues above, get fixed quickly and completely. Chargebacks filed to obtain a free copy of a delivered digital product may result in losing access to future products and enrollment credits.
If anything about a purchase is unclear before or after you buy, ask. A five-minute email beats an unhappy purchase every time, and we would rather you not buy than buy the wrong thing.
